You can also use your user name and password to cancel, change, or view a reservation. Please note! Your user name and password: Are site-specific and will function only from this Web site. Are case sensitive. We will record your entry exactly as you type it, so please remember if you used uppercase or lowercase letters, or a combination of both. Must be a minimum of 5 characters, up to a maximum of 15. Must be letters and/or numbers only (for example, alex993 or alexsmith). As you type your password, characters appear as asterisks (*) to ensure confidentiality. Remember your user name and password! If you have forgotten yours, please e-mail Customer Service for assistance. Include your full name or the name under which the reservation was made, your address, e-mail address, and a reservation confirmation number if available.
